There is no remedy against any of the torments of our lives except calling them out. You have to expose them. You have to name them. You have to call them out.

You already know. It’s a matter of acknowledgment rather than realization. Acknowledge it.

There is nothing greatly mystical or spiritual about this acknowledgment. It’s a matter of basic decency. It’s a matter of fundamental honesty. Yet, I assure you that in this acknowledgment lies the only door to freedom. There is no other way possible.

Accept inner honesty. Accept a direct admission. Accept direct realization. There is no other way.
