चाह तो बहुत थी पर साधन नहीं था कुछ नहीं कर पायी। मगर इस सवाल का जवाब अभी के हालात और बुद्धि के हिसाब से हां है
पहले अगर ये बोला जाता तो शायद मैं नहीं करती पर अब अगर उस काम में प्रेम हो तो मै उस काम को पूरी लगन से करुंगी।
मेरा काम करने का तरिका ही ऐसा है, की जो भी करुंगी मन लगा के करुंगी| बस अब यह देखना की सच में यह काम करने लायक है या नही?
It depends upon various factors like social influence, familial upbringing background, eagerness to serve and the attitude towards that service.
नहीं अगर जिम्मेदारी के साथ मान-सम्मान व प्रतिष्ठा न मिले तो हम उसे अपनी इच्छा से नहीं चुनेंगे

The question indeed places a reality check for those who are merely attracted to such preparations in order to pursue what they perceive as success. The prestige and dominance showcased through movies and marketing compel individuals towards such positions, reinforcing a definition of success; or, I would say, 'subjective success'. As a consequence, they dedicate everything just to become part of that 0.1%. One thing that needs to be remembered is: The two lanes do not diverge in the hope of converging in the future; they are, in reality, completely opposite. Either you choose prestige, or you choose to fulfil the responsibility that comes with the role with conviction.

🌟 The Illusion vs. True Determination When preparing for a highly competitive exam like UPSC, having the right mindset and determination is crucial. If our resolve is misplaced or driven by superficial goals, it will not lead us to the right path—no matter what exam we clear or what post we secure. Without the right core values, our deep thoughts and ideas will remain trapped as mere unfulfilled desires or hollow mental images. 🏅 Shattering of the False Image Initially, I too shared the common belief that becoming an IAS officer is all about earning social validation, constant praise, and endless rewards. A grand image was formed in my mind where people would constantly admire you and cater to you. However, as maturity set in—and with the entry of spiritual guidance like Acharya Ji into my life—this illusion has finally begun to shatter, revealing the deeper truth. ⚖️ Status vs. True Responsibility Many people view the civil services and other elite exams merely through the lens of power, immense wealth, and social status. But this is a deeply flawed perspective. The true definition of being an IAS officer is not about personal glory; it is about carrying a massive responsibility on one's shoulders and executing it with absolute truth, integrity, and alignment with the right core values. 💪 Financial Self-Reliance and True Empowerment It is true that I still hold the desire to prove my capabilities to society and showcase my empowerment. To become completely self-reliant and independent in life, inner strength alone is not enough; having 'financial strength' is equally essential. However, the key is that this financial independence must come from a righteous and ethical core. I am now aspiring for a career—whether in the government or private sector—that guides me toward true self-reliance, allowing me to use my position and resources for the right causes and from the right values.

पद के साथ साथ प्रतिष्ठा मिलना स्वाभाविक है लेकिन हमको अपनी चेतना से सही कर्म करने में ईमानदारी दिखानी चाहिए ❣️
जिम्मेदारी और जीवन दोनों साथ साथ आते हैं। पद प्रतिष्ठा चाहने वाले फिर उसी के गुलाम बनकर रह जाते हैं।

I did prepare for civil services for the same reasons - society’s influence, prestige, power, etc etc.

🌿 हमारे समाज में प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों को बहुत प्रतिष्ठित माना जाता है , जब ये अधिकारी किसी स्कूल , कॉलेज या आम जनता के संपर्क में आते है तब लोग और खासकर स्टूडेंट्स इनसे बहुत आकर्षित होते है , वो खुद के लिए भी ऐसा ही फ्यूचर चाहने लगते है , इनमें भी ias अधिकारी को तो राजा की तरह देखते है । सब लोग उनकी पवार , रहन सहन और प्रतिष्ठा को देखकर ही उसको पाने की चाह रखने लगते है ।
जिस जिम्मेदारी के साथ कोई प्रतिष्ठा न मिले, क्या आप उसे फिर भी उतनी ही इच्छा से चुनेंगे? नही।
sayad nhi ,kyonki maine uppcs ki taiyaari ki h kyonki maine samaajm ghar m apno m khud ko itna kamjor paya h ki ab m har tarike ki taakat arjit karna chahti hu sirf apne liye nhi apne jaiso k liye bhi
agr karta satya ko jagrit karne ka hai to pratistha ki bhukh mr jati hai or pratistha pana dar , atmsandeh , nishchit adigta ki jid ke ubharta hai 😓

Nahi! Kyun ki hum jab bhi koi kaam karte hain to uske badle me basic sa thank you to expect karte hi hain to mujhe nhi lagta ki bina pratisha ke koi kaam hum kar sakte hain

मैं भी बच्चे आने से पहले तैयारी कर रही थी लेकिन अब अपने पति को पटवारी के पद पर दिन भर भ्रष्टाचारी व्यस्था के बीच पिसते हुए देखती हूं और इतने सारे नियमों का पालन करते हुए देखती हूं बिना खुद का दिमाग लगाए, तो मैं संशय में आ जाती हूं मैं यह देखते हुए भी इस गढ्ढे में क्यों जाऊं? पर एक कोने में पद और सम्मान की चाह आज भी जिंदा है।

ha kyuki jo kaam Krna uchit dikh jaata waha fir pratishtha jaisa koi bhaaw nhi rheta bas ek bhaawna aur nishtha rheti ki apna kaam sahi tarah se karna hai sahi logo ke liye Krna hai jise jis cheej ki jrurat ho us tak wo cheeje jaani chaahiye bas ...🙏
