Pratibha ji, notice what you did just now though. You didn't wait until you had the perfect words to describe this, you wrote it out anyway, plainly, without dressing it up. The very thing you're naming as a struggle, starting, you just did, right here. That's worth noticing before anything else. As for the not understanding what it is, that not knowing is fine to sit with for now. Instead of hunting for the label first, watch what actually happens in the seconds before you start writing or speaking. Is it that too many words arrive at once and none feels like the right first one? Is it a fear of it coming out wrong? Seeing that clearly matters more than naming it.
