Mansee, the line that stands out is the homestay owner asking you to leave, not the drunk men. You stood your ground there, named exactly who was creating the nuisance, and made him correct the actual problem instead of managing you out of sight. That is a clean, complete thing, no second thought needed on it. The river and the three lost hours are a different kind of proof than the trek photos, because nobody was watching and nothing was performed. You keep writing about the girl who used to doubt herself as someone you've left behind, but notice what you called her just now, scared, self doubting, frustrated, like a chapter closed. See if she still shows up anywhere, maybe in smaller rooms than a jungle, before deciding she's fully gone.
