Pankaj ji, notice the shape of what you just wrote though. The decision isn't wrong because fear and self interest are there, that's exactly what makes it swift and sharp, same as the exam-day alarm. The problem was never fear or interest existing, it's which interest, whose safety, the ego's or something truer. So the real question isn't how to remove self interest from the center, it's what you're letting the center call 'self'.
