Pratibha ji, unlearning feels heavy only because you are asking the same one who built the story to now dismantle it in one clean stroke. It is not a bigger effort you need, it is many small honest looks, again and again. Maybe stop asking why it takes effort, and just take that one step HIDP is pointing to. The fear that needs a story to survive rarely survives an actual step taken.
