That is a full house you are describing, not one problem but every room of the same house feeling shut at once. When everything blocks equally, it usually means the one common tenant in every room, the sense of I who must open up, is the actual weight, not the rooms themselves. What would it feel like to ask, right now, which one of these you are most afraid to look at directly instead of naming all five together?
