Anand ji, that's exactly the trap worth naming, guitar, dholak, doesn't matter which instrument the story hands you, the conditioning is in reaching for a script at all the moment pain shows up. Notice you caught the pattern in someone else's post, not your own breakup. That's easy ground to see clearly on. The real test is whether you can catch the same reflex when it's your own ache reaching for its ready-made tune.
