Saurabh ji, the manager-employee picture is accurate as far as it goes, but notice where you placed yourself in it — as the one asking whether others have the strategy and courage to challenge this. That question works as long as it stays about the system out there. Turn it on your own chair: where have you let your work, your title, your visibility be fed by someone, and quietly paid for it with loyalty you no longer examine?
