Well, I have tried my best to not let my visibility be fed by someone and have rejected loyalty at the cost of promotion to avoid alignment with any power hungry manager. The question is to everyone because I haven’t seen that merit and courage in the limited experience I have within my known set of people. I am sure there are people who have done it and I would like to associate with them.
