My Journey of Change After Joining the Acharya Prashant App Joining the Acharya Prashant App has brought many changes in the way I think and look at life. I cannot say that I have changed completely, but I can see a difference in myself, and I am genuinely grateful for it. One of the biggest changes in me is my relationship with animals and nature. Earlier, I was quite normal and indifferent toward them. I didn't think deeply about their lives or their right to exist. But after listening to Acharya Ji, I started questioning my way of looking at other living beings. I began to understand that just as my life is important to me, their lives are important to them. They are also living beings, and they have the right to live. This understanding led me toward veganism, and it has changed the way I look at animals and the world around me. Another change is that my fear has reduced. Earlier, I used to think a lot about things that held me back. Now, I am learning to take steps toward independence. I am willing to work, earn for myself, and continue my further studies. I have also started wanting to become physically strong, not just mentally aware. I want to join boxing, build strength, and become more capable of taking care of myself. I have also started looking at beauty and attention differently. Earlier, I used to give these things more importance, but now I am learning not to make them the center of my life. These tendencies have not disappeared completely, and I still have a lot to understand about myself. But at least I have begun noticing them instead of simply following them unconsciously. Reading Truth Without Apology is also helping me understand self-awareness better. I am learning that change requires not just listening to words but observing myself honestly and questioning the reasons behind my thoughts and actions. I know that listening to Acharya Ji does not mean I have understood everything or that all my problems have disappeared. I still have a long way to go. But I feel that I have started looking at life with a different perspective, questioning things I once accepted without thinking, and taking steps I might previously have been afraid to take. I am deeply grateful to Acharya Ji for helping me begin this journey of understanding. For me, he is not just a teacher whose words I listen to, but someone whose teachings have encouraged me to question, observe, and change. Thank you, Acharya Ji, for helping me begin to see life differently.
