I am enjoying this work in a way I have never enjoyed anything before. I'm available every hour of the day; anyone can call me anytime, and I won't mind it at all. Because I know the depth of this work, the reach of this work, the intent of this work. It feels great to be busy, so busy that I don't even have time to feel great about it. So busy that I don't quite know what I feel. Feelings come and go, of course, but I don't have the time to acknowledge them. I don't even have time to be irritated by the work, because there is simply too much of it. How can I get irritated? Even irritation needs time, time to think about it, time to feel bad. PAF doesn't give you that time. It does not let you feel bad. Every department here has its own set of challenges, timings, and policies, yet all of them are designed for one purpose: to lift you up. The system is built so well, for every single department, that if you simply work and live by it, you will have no choice but to rise. Each department feels like a completely different company. In most organisations, policies are set at the company level, and every department follows the same set of rules. Here, it is different. We do real work here. I know that might sound arrogant, but it is what it is. We do actual work. We use technology to its fullest and deliver solutions in so little time, with so few resources, that no other company would attempt it. A project that a typical MNC would assign to an eight-person team to complete in a month, a team of three finishes here in four days. Yes. That is the difference. We work here. We are not in this organisation because It has great policies, an apt work culture, abundant leaves, a market-leading salary, or a huge worldwide reach. We are here because we care. We care about what the world is going through. and we can't take it, see it, or stand it. We want to make things right, for as many people as possible, and as fast as we can. I am exhausted. I am tired. Yet I am grateful. Yet I am proud.
