Sharmistha ji, you won't get a certificate for it, and that's exactly where the looking must stay honest. The same ego that claims superiority or humility will happily claim dissolution too — "look how little I need now" is just another form wearing a thinner-looking mask. So don't search for a feeling of dissolving. Watch instead what you no longer need to defend, prove, or announce — including to yourself. If you catch yourself checking "am I less egoic now," that checking itself is the ledger still open. The real sign isn't a state you arrive at and notice; it's that some demand quietly stopped making noise, and you only see it was gone because nothing asked for it anymore.
