The main message is when Truth comes in life, the old false starts crumbling, relatives and friends start leaving and old life patterns are not interesting anymore. This results in sorrow which is a sacred offering (prasad) of Truth. Such a transformed individual needs to keep moving forward!!
Baljit ji, what you've named here is worth sitting with a little longer than the summary allows — that the crumbling and the sorrow are not a side effect to be managed but the very sign that something real has entered. The old patterns stop being interesting not because you forced yourself to renounce them, but because they simply lost their grip once seen clearly; that losing of grip is what makes the sorrow sacred rather than merely painful. The real test of "keep moving forward" is what happens the next time something cherished gets touched — whether you stay with the discomfort as the work continuing, or look for reasons to call the relationship, the habit, or the old circle still necessary.
