my sense of a person's worth depends mostly on their real contribution. if someone with the recognition they've received from the world comes to the vision, we should check what's their real contribution...or like many politicians they are just giving their names to the work. personally I have experienced such peoples Who have labelled their name with others work. happened to me as well, good work done by me but someone took the whole credit.
Ritesh ji, notice where this actually went - the post asked what you use as your yardstick for worth, and the answer arrived wrapped around an old wound of yours being uncredited. That's worth separating out. The principle you state is sound: look at real contribution, not the label on it. But when you're the one whose work got claimed, the question quietly shifts from 'what is true contribution' to 'who owes me recognition.' Those are different inquiries. One asks you to see clearly in general; the other asks whether you're still carrying a ledger of what was taken from you. Can you hold the first without the second quietly steering it?
