Every game is a step away from conditioning and toward freedom. 1️⃣ Using some recent examples, explain how lokhdharma plays a major role in this.???¿ The real issue is Lokdharma—the social conditioning that sees women not as free human beings but as carriers of family honour and tradition. That is why, instead of discussing a girl's talent and achievements, society often focuses on her clothes, body, or "modesty." This mindset discourages many girls from pursuing sports and independence. The 2023 protests by Vinesh Phogat, Sakshi Malik, and other women wrestlers showed that their struggle is not only to win medals but also to fight exploitation and social conditioning. Similarly, PV Sindhu and Mirabai Chanu have repeatedly brought glory to India, yet public discussions often shift from their achievements to stereotypes about how women should behave. Lokdharma wants women to remain obedient, while sports demand confidence, freedom, discipline, and courage. 2️⃣ Why does Acharya Ji call the body the ego’s first colony???¿ Acharya Ji calls the body the ego's first colony because the ego's very first identification is with the body. It starts believing, "I am this body," and therefore sees itself as separate from Prakriti. This false sense of separation creates fear, insecurity, and a constant feeling of incompleteness. To protect and satisfy itself, the ego begins using the body as an instrument to dominate and exploit Prakriti. It seeks endless consumption, comfort, pleasure, and control over nature to fill its inner emptiness. Thus, the body becomes the ego's first colony—the base from which it wages its exploitative relationship with the rest of existence, resulting in environmental destruction and suffering. 3️⃣ Do the places where you work or study encourage you to play sports? If you play any sport, do share your photo or video on the community.????? The place where I used to work did not encourage sports or any kind of physical activities. There were no facilities or initiatives to motivate employees to participate in games. Now that I run my own business, I consciously make time for sports and physical fitness. I regularly play volleyball, as it helps me stay active, improves teamwork, and keeps me physically and mentally refreshed. I will be happy to share a photo or video with the community.
