Acharya Prashant addresses the ongoing protests by gig workers seeking dignity and structured employment, contrasting their ideals with the harsh reality of human greed and exploitation. He explains that capitalists operate in an environment of high population and unemployment, where individuals are easily replaceable, allowing for the concentration of wealth in a few hands. He argues that neither the government nor the public is likely to intervene effectively because the government is funded by these very capitalists and the public often trades its votes for short-term gains or freebies. He emphasizes that exploitation is institutionalized in a society built on ignorance, superstition, and the worship of power and wealth.
