Description

Acharya Prashant explains that observing nature reveals a life without unnecessary effort or internal conflict. Mountains, rivers, and animals act immediately based on their nature without creating complex mental concepts or delaying their actions. In contrast, human beings often suppress their natural, simple desires in the name of morality, discipline, and social expectations. This suppression causes desires to accumulate over time, turning into a 'cancerous lump' or a 'pressure cooker' of frustration that eventually explodes as violence, perversion, or mental illness. He argues that what we call 'control' is often just a lid on a boiling pot, and true discipline should not mean the suppression of one's inherent nature.
