Acharya Prashant addresses the human craving for credit and recognition, explaining that such a desire arises when one's work lacks love. He uses the analogy of a parent who feels fulfilled by their child's success without needing personal credit because their efforts were rooted in love. When work is done with love, the distinction between the doer and the action disappears, and the success of the task itself becomes the reward. He defines 'Shrey' (credit/glory) as something related to the supreme element and auspiciousness, suggesting that true credit is the attainment of love and oneness with the task, rather than external validation.
