Acharya Prashant addresses the issue of frustration and restlessness experienced while performing a task, even when one possesses the capability to do it. He explains that such frustration arises because the individual is not truly immersed in the work. If one is genuinely in love with their work, they become so absorbed that external distractions, opinions, or internal chaotic thoughts find no space to interfere. He asserts that blaming others for one's lack of focus is dishonest; the real problem is that the mind is not fully engaged in the activity. When a person is truly dedicated, they do not have the leisure to notice what others are saying or doing.
