He describes how habits save us from repeatedly making decisions where there is actually only one right choice. He discusses procrastination and explains why we should procrastinate the nonsense rather than constantly trying to destroy it. Acharya Ji explains that the ego cannot simply be defeated and that spirituality requires “cheating the ego” to move towards truth and freedom. He emphasizes becoming habituated to truth, freedom, simplicity, and what brings us to completion. 🎧 Listen to Acharya Prashant on Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/2QmVEAAnsNE7Xs0MW0Li8Y?si=09fbcbc7c99c469b&nd=1&dlsi=2d753e5523df4ceb Music Credits: Milind Date ~~~~~~~~~~~~~
