Discourse on Shiva Who is Shiva? Energy of Shiva Description - In this video, Acharya Ji explains that what truly matters is not energy itself, but the centre from where action arises. Chasing excitement and outer dynamism leads to exhaustion and burnout, whereas connecting to inner stillness provides an everlasting source of energy. Using the symbolism of Shiva and Shakti, he clarifies that Shakti (movement, power) flows from Shiva (stillness, centre). Like a powerful river emerging from the silent glacier, real vigour comes from inner silence. If action arises from ego and ambition, it becomes misdirected and limited. But when rooted in stillness, one can act intensely without being depleted. Therefore, the focus should not be on energy, but on inner silence — because from the right centre, all energy naturally flows. ➖➖➖➖➖➖ 🎧 Listen to Acharya Prashant on Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/2QmVEAAnsNE7Xs0MW0Li8Y?si=09fbcbc7c99c469b&nd=1&dlsi=2d753e5523df4ceb ➖➖➖➖➖➖ Music Credits: Milind Date ~~~~~~
