Description

Acharya Prashant explains that love is essentially a healthy relationship, and a healthy relationship is only possible when an individual is healthy. He defines a healthy being as one who is settled within, free from restlessness, continuous suffering, tension, and misery. When one is complete and peaceful within, this inner power and sureness reflect in all their relationships, and this reflection is what is called love. He emphasizes that health is not something to be acquired or achieved because it is our inherent nature. To seek to become healthy implies that one is currently sick, which he argues is a false assumption. He asserts that while conditioning and time may cover one's nature with layers of dust, these are superficial and do not change one's fundamental state. Health is what a person is unconditionally, without the need for education, training, or books. This natural state includes an inherent love for freedom, joy, and truth, which can never be lost. He warns against the constant societal pressure to 'become' something, as the pursuit of becoming implies a lack and creates an unnecessary disease of the mind. He concludes that while moods may fluctuate, one's core remains illuminated and flawless, and one must never believe they are deeply sick or flawed.
