Unlike animals, humans have the ability to choose, and choosing in ways that strengthen bondage rather than freedom is what constitutes true violence. He highlights that empathy begins with oneself, and the depth of self-awareness determines how widely compassion extends to other beings. The more one understands and cares for oneβs own suffering, the more naturally one avoids harming others. While some level of harm is unavoidable in human life, the responsibility lies in minimizing it as much as possible. The pursuit of inner freedom therefore requires conscious, compassionate living, where one steadily reduces unnecessary harm and expands the circle of empathy. ββββββ π§ Listen to #AcharyaPrashant on Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/3f0KFwe...
