Acharya Prashant and biologist Dr. Lars Chittka explore what makes human beings different from other animals, questioning whether violence, exploitation and environmental destruction arise from a uniquely human psychological self. While Dr. Lars Chittka points to examples of aggression, cooperation and self-preservation in the animal world, Acharya Prashant distinguishes physical survival from psychological suffering, arguing that the human ego creates an inner sense of incompleteness that no external object can fulfil. The conversation moves into self-inquiry, consciousness, free will, religion and the possibility of ego dissolution, asking whether real transformation can begin only when the human being honestly examines the one who is making the choices. Key Themes: Human ego and animal consciousness Psychological self and human violence Inner incompleteness and external consumption Self-inquiry, free will and ego dissolution ➖➖➖➖➖➖ 🎧 Listen to #AcharyaPrashant on Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/3f0KFwe..
