Acharya Prashant addresses the challenge of dealing with chronic physical pain and medical conditions that constantly demand one's attention. He explains that the definition of truth is that which does not change even when your state changes; since pain disappears during deep sleep, it cannot be the ultimate truth. He emphasizes that pain is not an absolute reality but depends on the experiencer. To overcome the constant awareness of a suffering body, one must bring something into their life that is far greater and more significant than the pain itself. When the mind is occupied with something truly essential and valuable, the physical suffering recedes into the background.
