Acharya Prashant explains that living merely for the sake of death is pointless. He describes life as a journey that often leads to a terrifying end, suggesting that if life is lived in constant fear of its conclusion, it becomes a source of suffering. He proposes a shift in perspective: instead of viewing death as the end, one should make death the beginning. By allowing that which is destined to perish to end now, one can live a life free from the burden of suffering. He emphasizes that a life moving toward death is painful, but a life lived after the 'death' of the false self is liberated.
