Acharya Prashant critiques the common perception of life as a burden, boredom, or a series of unwanted duties like unfulfilling jobs and relationships. He argues that true joy and 'masti' are not mere pain relievers like alcohol or television, nor are they found in the satisfaction of desires, which only arises from dissatisfaction. He emphasizes that true bliss requires maturity and is not meant for those who choose to remain in a state of perpetual childhood, dependent on parents for basic needs and seeking comfort in trivialities like cricket matches or social media validation.
