What Exactly is Creativity? || Acharya Prashant, NIT Goa (2025) āāāāāā Context: In this video, Acharya Ji explains that creativity is not something you develop, but something that naturally happens when you are free from the grip of your past and social influences. He says most people function like puppets, driven by old experiences or by what others around them are doing. Using the example of ordering food from a large menu yet choosing only familiar dishes, he shows how we limit ourselves to the known. This habitual functioning is uncreativity. Creativity begins when we recognize this limitation and dare to step beyond our comfort zone. It carries a question mark ā a willingness to explore the unknown instead of sticking to the familiar. True creativity arises when action is no longer confined by past conditioning, but comes from inner freedom. š§ Listen to Acharya Prashant on Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/2QmVEAAnsNE7Xs0MW0Li8Y?si=09fbcbc7c99c469b&nd=1&dlsi=2d753e5523df4ceb āāāāāā Music Credits: Milind Date ~~~~~~
