Acharya Prashant explains that the world takes the form of one's imagination, as the mind acts as a projector of the universe. He illustrates this with a story of Mullah Nasruddin, who mistakes a wedding party for an army of enemies. Because Nasruddin acts suspiciously, the wedding party begins to treat him with suspicion, creating a self-fulfilling prophecy. This loop occurs because imagination influences behavior, which in turn causes the world to react in alignment with that imagination. When the imagination materializes, the ego uses it as proof that imagination should be taken seriously, further deepening the cycle of delusion.
