Most students chase secure, high-paying jobs because they have been conditioned from childhood to equate life's purpose with comfort, consumption, and financial security. Even if such students are pushed into entrepreneurship, they will simply pursue it as a faster route to wealth, treating their venture like a transaction with a planned exit. The real problem is a corrupted relationship with work itself. Work is not a means to a salary but the most intimate relationship a person has, often occupying more hours than any personal relationship. Entrepreneurship becomes meaningful only when it flows from genuine love for the work, from an honest engagement with life rather than a desire for profit or status. Institutions setting up incubation cells and mentorship programs miss the point entirely if the underlying value system remains unchanged. The true goal should not be producing entrepreneurs but helping young people develop the right relationship with work, one rooted in honesty and love, after which the choice between employment and entrepreneurship becomes secondary. ➖➖➖➖➖➖ 🎧 Listen to #AcharyaPrashant on Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/3f0KFwe...
