Acharya Prashant emphasizes the importance of remaining in a state of humility and honesty, describing them as the best antidotes to suffering. He advises that when glimpses of clarity occur, one must make a determined decision to persist in that state for as long as possible. He explains that while personal honesty is limited by one's boundaries and conditioning, spiritual practice involves standing at these boundaries and consistently knocking against them. This act of hitting against the unknown limits of oneself is described as a great act of courage and faith. He encourages the listener to do the best they can and to extend their efforts rather than stopping prematurely.
