Description

Acharya Prashant explains that one cannot directly jump to the truth or the right center without first identifying what is false. The ego, or the false center, is formed by internalizing external influences and acquiring an identity given by others. Our minds are filled with imported beliefs regarding religion, success, career, and love, which we have not understood on our own but have merely accepted from the outside. The first step toward reality is to look sharply at this life and see what is unreal, as the truth is currently nothing more than an imagination for most people.
