Acharya Prashant addresses a thirty-two-year-old individual diagnosed with diabetes who is struggling with the fear of death. He asserts that death is an absolute certainty for everyone, regardless of illness, and that one should fully accept this reality rather than living in doubt. He explains that the human body is inherently mortal and is constantly moving toward its end from the moment of birth. Therefore, a disease like diabetes should not be seen as a unique threat but as a reminder of the inevitable conclusion that awaits every living being. He emphasizes that the true purpose of life is to use this limited time to transcend the fear of death and to live with depth rather than focusing on the length of one's years.
