Acharya Prashant addresses a questioner who experiences sleepiness during spiritual sessions. He explains that falling asleep in such an environment has both positive and negative implications. On the positive side, it indicates that the mind feels safe and secure, as sleep is impossible in a state of fear or distrust. The mind, which is usually burdened by stress and insecurity, finds temporary relief and relaxation in the presence of a trustworthy atmosphere, much like a tired laborer falling asleep upon finding a soft bed and cool water.
