Acharya Prashant highlights the severe environmental destruction occurring in Uttarakhand due to over two hundred dams, extensive tunneling for railways, and massive road widening projects. He warns that constant vibrations from trains will loosen the mountain rocks, leading to the collapse of structures built above them. He argues that this development is based on destruction and is driven by a superficial desire for material progress. He observes that while the slogan of religion has intensified in recent decades, the true essence of Eternal Religion has been lost, replaced by a ritualistic and wealthy lifestyle that prioritizes grand displays and consumption over spiritual depth.
