Who Told You You're Lazy? || Acharya Prashant Why do you feel lazy? Acharya Prashant says laziness isn't real ā it's conditioning in disguise. The mind invents excuses (a headache, "it's too cold") the moment it doesn't want to do something, and even the body joins in to make it feel genuine. Your likes and dislikes aren't yours ā they're just outputs of your conditioning. When multiple conditionings clash, whichever one wins, you're still not free ā just switching masters. š§š»āā Want to meet Acharya Prashant? He illustrates this with the example of people arriving late to office and blaming "distance" or "cold weather," showing how the mind fabricates genuine-feeling excuses (even physical symptoms like headaches or fever) whenever it doesn't want to do something it's been conditioned against. He closes by describing how multiple competing conditionings (family, entertainment, career, relationships) pull a person in different directions ā and whichever one wins still leaves the person "a slave," just to a different master. āāāāāā š§ Listen to #AcharyaPrashant on Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/3f0KFwe...
