Acharya Prashant explains that for a woman, being a woman means enduring a lot of hurt. This hurt is borne because of the cheap comforts one draws from the situation. While the hurt is deep and lasting, the comforts are cheap, and both are physical and psychological. He states that a total revolution is needed in the way a woman perceives herself. She cannot be a creature of the 'nest,' because as long as the nest exists, the woman will be exploited. This is contrasted with the animal kingdom, where the nest is possible because animals are governed by Nature (Prakriti) and are mostly biological, not driven by social forces. The animal's natural mandate is to conquer or exploit, and this system works for them. However, man is not merely biological; he is also social, with a mandate to conquer and exploit. Man exploits Nature for development and his intellect for knowledge. If man exploits everything and is rewarded for it, he will not spare the woman. While an animal male might not exploit a female tending to her eggs, a human male is likely to exploit a female when she is in the nest caring for a baby. The woman must realize that the nest, which is an expression of her biological self, is not her fortress but her cage. Ironically, it is often the woman who clamors for the nest, asking when they will marry or have a house, thereby seeking her own prison. She is her own worst enemy because she is so driven by biology and emotions that arise from her body and hormones, not from understanding. The only path to liberation for a woman is the spiritual way, the way of Truth, which helps her transcend body-identification. Other movements like modernism or feminism are still body-centric, moving from veiling the body to revealing it, which is not true freedom. Since the woman is the more oppressed gender, the revolution must begin with her, and this will ultimately liberate all of mankind, including men. Just as a woman gives birth to a man, she must also give birth to the freedom of man. The speaker advises women to stop giving importance to the man, their body, biology, and the nest. A woman's assets should be her knowledge, strength, and financial independence, not her physical attributes. She must be less emotional, as her tears are her biggest weakness, and not fall for emotional traps like a man promising to provide for her while she stays home. If a woman does not earn her own money, she is a beggar, regardless of how much her partner earns.
