But if we don’t understand what we are worshipping, what does that worship really mean? Festivals and religious traditions can become rituals we repeat simply because our ancestors did them. But when the understanding behind a tradition disappears, can respect become hollow—and even turn into violence against the very things we claim to revere? From the Ganga and Yamuna to the Himalayas, the contradiction is hard to ignore. If nature is truly worthy of reverence, shouldn’t that reverence change the way we treat it? And what happens when tradition survives, but the philosophy behind it is forgotten? Main topics: Worship without understanding Tradition versus philosophy Our relationship with nature 🎧 Listen to Acharya Prashant on Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/2QmVEAA...
