A young startup founder shares how his mother's prayers give him temporary peace during difficult times, and the discussion unpacks why that momentary comfort, while understandable, can quietly deepen one's dependency and fragility over time. The core point brought forward is that inner strength already exists within a person and does not need to be built from scratch, it only needs to be recognised and trusted. Instead of imagining an invisible external force that will arrive to rescue in the worst moments, the more reliable and honest approach is to face fear directly, name what it can actually take away, and realise that even the worst case scenario is manageable. In the second interaction, a questioner seeks clarity on what it means to observe oneself, and the understanding offered is that the ego is a fictitious but functionally real sense of "I" that claims ownership over all thoughts, feelings and actions. Catching oneself in the act of being the ego is not a step-by-step process but a continuous, moment-to-moment quality of awareness, much like light that is simply always on, illuminating everything without being a separate activity in itself. āāāāāā š§ Listen to #AcharyaPrashant on Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/3f0KFwe...
