Acharya Prashant explains that all anxieties begin the moment thought arises, emphasizing that thinking is not reality. Anxiety is nothing more than the act of thinking anxious thoughts. He demonstrates that emotions are products of thought; one can become happy by recalling pleasant memories or sad by anticipating bad events. The mind, by its very nature, lives in the world of material objects and requires constant 'food' in the form of sensory inputs like sights, sounds, or physical objects. When external stimuli are absent, such as when one is alone, the mind generates its own food in the form of thoughts to ensure its survival.
