Introduction

Welcome to the 3rd part of the video series that is Breaking From the Internal Struggle. As usual we have some questions for you: Do you start panicking in real life tough situations?
Do you always feel as if some war is raging inside your mind?
Do you always react in anger, grief without thinking about the consequences of the situation?
Does validation of others impact your emotional well being?

If these are your concerns, you have come to the right place. When a person is uncertain of themselves, they depend heavily on external validation. They seek constant approval, direction, and support from others. Such relationships can appear strong, but they often stem from weakness and insecurity within the individual.

Through this video series we are going to understand our insecurities and will try to understand how to overcome them. See, emotions are very lethal if they are not coming from the right centre. Spirituality helps you understand of your emotionality as women are more emotional and biological conditioned of the two genders.

Most of our emotional responses stem from a deep-seated sense of incompleteness, which we carry from birth. This sense of imperfection drives our actions throughout life, whether it’s acquiring knowledge, building wealth, or forming relationships. The reason behind this is the existential feeling that something is inherently wrong with us.

Through this series, we will explore the nuances of emotion to help us avoid those that are harmful to our mental well-being.Watch, Learn and Share.
