To whom does the world belong?

To whom does the world belong?

3:45 am on a particular night: Just found Koham, Soham – the two pet dogs at office- romping merrily vigorously on the terrace. As I went to them they made all efforts to include this third one-an ‘outsider’ who keeps sitting inside- in ‘their’ sport, on ‘their’ playground.

To whom does this terrace belong, really, right now? To the landlord who is the legal owner? To me who pays the rent? Not at all. It so obviously belongs to this pair of canines who have made it their playground.

To whom does the world belong? To the ones who own its corporations and countries and power and monies? The world belongs to the naked man who is enjoying it. The world is really owned by the innocent man who finds a playground and a dance floor everywhere. The world is ruled by the joyful secure insider who is at home everywhere. Rest are all fooling themselves and missing the game.
