On a personal level, I have transitioned to a fully vegan diet(since 2013) and no longer consume any animal-derived foods. This is a conscious choice rooted in compassion for animals and concern for the environment. I also enjoy gardening. Earlier, I primarily grew vegetables, but now I grow flowers alongside them to provide food and habitat for pollinators such as bees, butterflies, and other beneficial insects. It is a small effort to support biodiversity and coexist with other living beings. Whenever I get an opportunity, I try to introduce people to Acharya Prashant's teachings and encourage them to reflect on their choices, develop compassion for all living beings, reduce unnecessary consumption, and engage in meaningful, right work. I believe that real change begins with examining our own desires, habits, and conditioning. Through greater self-awareness, we can gradually move toward a life that causes less harm, consumes fewer resources, and contributes positively to society and the natural world.
