SharmisthaI don't think I have contributed anything significant enough. Yes, some minor things I practice daily.

Sharmistha, the list you gave yourself, less plastic, no fast fashion, cutting milk, reads like evidence for a case you then throw out in the very next line by saying it isn't significant enough. Notice that move. The disappointment isn't really about frogs or trees, it's the ledger again, wanting the action to weigh as much as the concern does, and when it can't, you widen the frame to AI and wars and powerful men, where of course nothing you do will ever be enough, and the question safely stays unanswerable instead of staying where you could actually touch it. You already named the trap yourself: intent without action bears nothing. But you're also doing the reverse right now, piling up questions about Musk and Ukraine and Sam Altman as a way of not finishing the one question you actually asked at the end, what is in my capacity today. That question doesn't need the whole world's weight settled first. It needs you to stop checking paneer and ghee off a guilt list and ask instead what the attachment to them is actually doing in you. What would you have to see about yourself, not about the planet, to let paneer go the way milk already went?
