I have watched this movie & it's actually a reflection of a middle class family's daily life living in an industrial city as I myself belong to same place & scenario. In most cases son gives up everything as he doesn't has much of worth within him for a penny in exchange of life long security by the industry even passes it to his next generation. This surrender for bread comes at a stake of immense environmental damage this steel industry causes. There's not just a conscious entity at stake but a whole ecosystem for pity leisures. The cage within is to be broken, it should be inside out. This disgust against cage is natural & inherent but even then, some light is needed in any form to realise & revolt without flinching. We are lucky to have that light in flesh & blood who is selfless & strong with so much love🪔
