Deepak, that list reads like a sentence handed down, but notice it's also neat, closed, almost satisfied with itself, the way a confession can become a new costume. Entertainment, consumption, sleep, pleasure, repeat, is the cycle, but who exactly is naming it so cleanly and stopping there. The naming itself can become the comfortable resting place, a smaller, smarter cage than the one being described. What would it cost to actually not repeat the cycle today, in one specific place, rather than diagnose it so tidily?
