I want to preserve "My side or my story" as a mummy, and I don't want to fade away because 'name' doesn't matter much to me. I know this fact: after 100 years, nobody will remember me, not even my future family members. If we look at the last 100 years, how many family members' names or generations have we remembered? So, it is a universal truth that people do not remember names over time. The image depends entirely on how people perceive us. There is no direct relationship to right or wrong. It can vary according to the nature of society, the time period, the level of education, country, conditions, prosperity, and relationships with spirituality. It is possible that a tradition is considered normal for a given time period but may not be in the future; belief systems keep changing. For example, Child marriage was prevalent, but right now it is considered taboo. So, Raja RamMohan Rai played an important role in stopping this tradition, which may have been considered wrong at that time, but now we know them as a reformer. So, image is a subjective topic. It will always change accordingly. A person's image can vary depending on others' mindsets. It could be different for different sets of people. So, in the end, I believe that my story, or my side, should not change based on the people around me. Factors like monetary gains and short-term benefits should not influence it. If I change it, I would lose people's trust and hope. Even in court, if a witness keeps changing his view, he will be considered a hostile witness. So, being consistent in thought is most important for becoming trustworthy and valued.
