"On April 14, Acharya Prashant received a death threat. It arrived through a YouTube account, explicitly worded, in direct response to a video in which he had spoken in honour of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar on Ambedkar Jayanti. Within a day of the news spreading, two hashtags, #WeStandWithAP and #EnsureSafetyforAP, climbed to the top two positions on X's India trending list, displacing sports and entertainment."

Acharya Prashant receives fresh death threat over remarks honouring Dr Ambedkar
"A spokesperson for the Foundation said that such threats are not new and tend to follow his public statements on sensitive topics. ‘Whenever he speaks in support of women, one group reacts aggressively. When he speaks against superstition, another section targets him. Similarly, his remarks against terrorism invite backlash from different quarters,’ he said."

On this issue, Acharya Prashant pointed to the British era and the education system as a key cause. In a video, he explained how many Muslims rejected English education, a decision whose consequences Pakistan is facing today.

Nobody Can Control Gen Z, But the Ego Within Remains As It Is: Acharya Prashant
While praising their rebellious spirit as a positive sign that they don't give in to external authority easily, Acharya Prashant highlighted a glaring blind spot. He stated that Gen Z's true crisis is not outside, but within. They are heavily driven by the ego, blunting out thoughts without assessing the collateral damage to those around them. This deep entrenchment of the ego is, in fact, Gen Z's biggest weakness. If they wish to be recognised as the most competent and evolved leaders of society, they must first dismantle this psychological habit.
