At Oxford University, Acharya Prashant examines the second verse of the Isha Upanishad and explores a fundamental question: who is the one behind all our actions? The discussion looks at the ego—the sense of “I” that acts, desires, identifies with the body, seeks security, and constantly looks for something that will make it feel complete.
